Order Cancellation


Customer can cancel the order in two ways

  • The order can be cancelled immediately after order is placed
  • If you receive the following products, you can return them or request a cancellation.
  1. Wrong products received
  2. Damage product receive
  3. Missing some parts/products 
  4. product quality issue
  5. I've changed my mind

You can cancel order or request return option in the order section of Zoma Cart

Return Policy
 You can place a return request or cancellation request for the following reasons

  • Damage Product received 
  • Missing some parts/products 
  • Low Quality Products 
  • Wrong product received
  • I've changed my mind

Please note that you must make a return or cancel request within 24 hours, otherwise the order will not be returned or cancelled.

Zoma Cart does not accept order returns or cancellations for the reasons given below.

  • All the labels must be intact
  • Product should not be used
  • Product should not be damaged 
  • Product should not be changed 

 

Refund Policy 

Zoma Cart refunds 100% payment to the customer for the reason given below

  • Order Delivered but not received 
  • Completely Damage Product received 
  • Multi order placed but single order received

  • The product in the form of liquid must be returned to Seller (Delevery partner) with proper packing.
  • Products being returned should be in good condition otherwise it will not be accepted by the Seller (Zoma Cart)

Refund Terms and conditions 

  • While opening the package, make a video of the package product from all sides, this will help us in refunding the payment.
